Naramdaman sa Southern Leyte kaninang alas 3:00 ng madaling araw ang magnitude 5 na lindol.
Sa inilabas na ulat ng Philippine Institute of Volcanology and Seismology (Phivolcs), naitala ang pagyanig sa 41 kilometro kanluran ng Limasawa sa Southern Leyte.
Naitala ang Intensity II sa Tagbilaran City, Palo, Leyte, at Argao City, Cebu.
May lalim itong 42 kilometro at tectonic ang dahilan.
Pinag-iingat ng PHIVOLCS ang mga mamamayan sa mga posibleng aftershocks.
