Tuloy pa rin ang pagdating tulong sa 22 mangingisdang Filipino na binangga ng Chinese vessel sa Recto Bank.
Ayon sa Federation of Filipino Chinese Chambers of Commerce and Industry, bibigyan nila ang mga mangingisda ng livelihood assistance, bigas at iba pa.
