Bumaligtad ang cargo vessel na M/V Eva Mary Grace na may lulang 12 tauhan habang nakadaong sa San Fernando Port sa Cebu City Martes ng hapon.

Ayon kay Lieutenant Junior Grade Michael Encina ng Philippine Coast Guard District ng Central Visayas, agad narespondehan ang insidente at nailigtas ang mga crew members kabilang na ang crane operator na nakulong sa loob ng cargo ship.

Iniimbestigahan ng mga otoridad ang sanhi ng biglaang pagbaliktad ng naturang barko.

Inaalam rin kung ang sinasabing pagbababa ng semento gamit ang crane ang naging dahilan upang tumaob ang cargo vessel.
