Noong nakalipas na linggo ay naghain sa Makati Regional Trial Court ang Philippine Institute of Petroleum Inc. (PIP) ng “Petition for Declaratory Relief with Application for a Temporary Restraining Order and/or Preliminary Injunction” laban sa Circular No. DC2019-05-0008 ng DOE.
