DOJ, may nabuo nang panel ng mga piskal na didinig sa kaso ng KAPA

Kinumpirma ng Department of Justice (DOJ) na may mga itinalaga nang piskal na tututok sa kasong kinakaharap ng mga opisyal ng KAPA community international.

Sinabi ni DOJ spokesman Mark Perete, nakabuo na ng panel of prosecutor ang ahensya nitong nakaraan linggo matapos maisampa na ang kaso ng Securities and Exchange Commission, o SEC laban sa mga opisyal na isinasangkot sa investment scam.

Ang panel of prosecutor ang magsasagawa ng preliminary investigation laban sa reklamong isinampa sa mga KAPA officials.

Inaantabayanan na lamang anya ang pagpapalabas ng subpoena at itatakdang schedule ng mga pagdinig para sa preliminary investigation.

Nauna ng nagpalabas ng lookout bulletin order sa Bureau of Immigration (BI) si Justice Sec. Menardo Guevarra para bantayan ang 8 incorporators, at 8 opisyal ng KAPA Community Ministry, kasama na ang 3 opisyal ng Alabel-Maasim Credit Cooperative.
