Sinimulan ngayong araw ang ikalawang batch ng training para sa bagitong mambabatas sa 18th Congress
30 neophyte congressmen ang sumasailalim sa Executive Course on Legislation.
Kabilang dito ang anak ni Senator Cynthia Villar na si Camille na kinatawan ng Las Piñas City, anak ni outgoing Cong. Raul Daza na si Paul na siyang papalit sa kanya sa Northern Samar, anak ni outgoing QC Cong. Bingbong Crisologo na si Anthony Peter, anak ni outgoing Iloilo Cong. Ferjenel Biron na si Braeden John, pinsan ni Senator Sonny Angara na si Rommel Angara na kinatawan ng Aurora, at ang mga kinatawan ng ACTS CIS partylist na sina Niña Taduran at Jocelyn Tulfo.
Gaya sa mga nauna, ituturo sa second batch ang proseso ng paggawa ng mga batas, budget process, trabaho ng legislative committees, at daloy ng parliamentary procedures.
Ang Executive Course on Legislation ay pinangangasiwaan ng House of Representatives katuwang ang University of the Philippines Center for Policy and Executive Development at National College of Public Administration and Governance.
Tatagal ang orientation nitong ikalawang batch hanggang sa Miyerkules.
