Ayon kay Police Brigadier General Joselito Esquivel, hepe ng QCPD, nakatakas ang dalawa matapos ang kanilang hearing sa korte.
March 19 nang maaresto ng QCPD Station 3 si Clemente habang April 12 naman naaresto ng QCPD Station 9 si Consulta.
Pareho silang may kasong paglabag sa Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002.
