Nahihirapan umano si Pangulong Rodrigo Duterte na makapili ng susuportahang bagong house speaker para sa 18th Congress.

Ayon kay senator-elect Bong Go, humingi ng palugit ang pangulo ng hanggang June 28 para ihayag ang kaniyang napipisil na magiging bagong lider ng kamara.
