11 Pinoy na biktima ng pag-atake sa oil tankers sa Gulf of Oman balik-bansa na

Nakabalik na ng Pilipinas ang mga Filipino seafarer na naapektuhan ng pag-atake sa dalawang oil tanker sa Strait of Hormuz.

Ayon sa Department of Foreign Affairs (DFA), dumating ng Maynila ang 11 Pinoy seafarer na nagtrabaho sa MT Front Altair, Miyerkules ng umaga.

Nag-abot naman ng tulong sa mga seafarer ang mga opisyal mula sa DFA, Overseas Workers Welfare Administration (OWWA) at kanilang manning agencies.

Isa ang MT Front Altair sa dalawang oil tanker na nasira makaraang atakihin noong June 13.

Lulan naman ng MT Kokuka Courageous ang 21 Filipino seafarers.

Sa ngayon, wala pang detalye sa repatriation ng mga seafarer ng nasabing oil tanker.
