Umapela si Agriculture Secretary Manny Piñol na itigil ang pagpapakalat ng mga maling impormasyon tungkol sa naganap sa Recto Bank sa West Philippine Sea (WPS).
Ayon sa kalihim, nagdudulot ito ng takot at trauma sa mga mangingsdang Filipino na sakay ng bangka.
