Sa panayam ng Radyo Inquirer, sinabi ni Danny Mangahas, convenor ng Ahon sa Kahirapan Movement ng Kapa ministry, walang rason para mangibang bansa at tumakas si Apolinario.
Wala naman kasi aniyang kaso na isinasampa ang National Bureau of Investigation (NBI) at Criminal Investigation and Detection Group (CIDG) laban kay Apolinario.
Wala ring nakikitang rason si Mangahas para sumuko sa mga awtoridad si Apolinario.
Wala kasi aniyang warrant of arrest at lalong hindi rin naman ipina summon o ipinapatawag pa ng mga awtordidad si Apolinario.
