Pulis na nakapatay sa bata sa Caloocan sinibak sa pwesto
Sinibak sa pwesto ang pulis na sangkot sa pagkamatay ng 6 anyos na bata sa Caloocan City.
Sa utos ni National Capital Region Police Office (NCRPO) chief Major General Guillermo Eleazar, nakasaad na guilty si Corporal Rocky Delos Reyes sa pagbaril kay Gian Habal noong April 28.
Nakasaad sa desisyon na bigo si Delos Reyes na magprisinta ng ebidensya para itanggi na nabaril niya ang bata.
“The respondent failed to present controverting evidence to disprove the alleged unlawful acts of indiscriminate firing. His reliance on denial and self-serving evidence are untenable and cannot be given due consideration,” ayon sa utos.
Matatandaan na naglalaro si Gian sa labas ng kanilang bahay nang mabaril ito sa ulo sa gitna ng umanoy paghabol ng pulis sa isang drug suspect.
Bukod sa pagkasibak sa pwesto, nahaharap din ang pulis sa mga kasong murder, attempted murder at paglabag sa gun ban.
