Mayroong paglilinaw ang MMDA hinggil sa pahayag ni Pangulong Rodrigo Duterte ukol sa limang minutong biyahe mula Cubao sa Quezon City hanggang Makati City.

Ayon kay MMDA chairman Danilo Lim, hindi dapat gawing literal ang naging pahayag ng pangulo.
