Nagpalabas ng immigration lookout bulletin order (ILBO) ang Department of Justice laban sa walong incorporators at mga opisyal ng KAPA Ministry.
Maliban sa mga opisyal at incorporators mula sa KAPA ay isinailalim din sa lookout bulletin ang tatlong opisyal ng Alabel-Maasim Credit Cooperative (ALAMCCO).
Ang dalawang kumpanya ay kapwa nasasangkot sa isyu ng investment scam.
