Sa kauna-unahan sa kasaysayan naiuwi ng Toronto Raptors ang kanilang unang tropeo sa NBA Finals.

Sa 24 na taon ng Raptors sa NBA ngayon lamang ito nag-kampeon.

Tinalo ng Raptors ang defending champion na Golden State Warriors sa score na 114-110.

Sa 2nd half ng Game 6 ay kinailangang ilabas ni Klay Thompson na noon ay gumagawa ng maganda para sa Warriors at may score na 30 points.

Umiskor ng 26 points para sa Raptors sina Kyle Lowry at Pascal Siakam.

Nag-ambag din ng tig-22 points si Fred VanVleet at Kawhi Leonard.

Ito ang unang beses na hindi mula Amerika ang koponan na nagwagi ng titulo sa NBA.
