Luzon Grid, isinailalim sa yellow alert ngayong June 8

Itinaas ng National Grid Corporation of the Philippines (NGCP) ang yellow alert sa Luzon grid araw ng Sabado, June 8.
Dahil ito sa manipis na reserba ng kuryente sa nasabing grid.
Iiral ang yellow alert mula alas 9:00 ng umaga hanggang alas 4:00 ng hapon at mula alas 6:00 ng hapon hanggang alas 10:00 ng gabi.
Mayroong 10,762 megawatts na kapasidad ang grid at ang peak demand naman ay nasa 10,166 megawatts.
Hinihintay pa ang anunsyo ng Department of Energy (DOE) kaugnay sa pagtataas ng yellow alert.
