Rider patay matapos mabundol ng truck sa Caloocan
Patay ang isang motorcycle rider matapos na mabundol ng isang truck sa C-3 Road corner Tagaytay Street Barangay 126, Caloocan City, Biyernes ng gabi.
Kinilala ng Caloocan Police ang nasawing biktima na si Edilberto Montuya 40 anyos.
Hawak na ngayon ng awtoridad ang truck driver at suspek na si Ariel Banawa, 35 anyos, driver ng IVECO Tractor Head.
Sa inisyal na imbestigasyon binabagtas ng truck at motorsiklo ang C3 nang mabangga ng IVECO Tractor Head ang concrete barrier.
Dahil dito nawalan ng kontrol ang truck kaya nabangga at nagulungan nito ang biktima na agad na ikinasawi nito.
Ang driver ng truck ay mahaharap sa Reckless Imprudence Resulting in Homicide and Damage to Property, habang dinala naman na sa punerarya ang labi ng biktima.
