Sen. Grace Poe malabong makakuha ng paborableng desisyon sa SC ukol sa DQ

Mahihirapang makakuha ng paboreblang desisyon si Senadora Grace Poe sa Supreme Court kaugnay sa kinakaharap nitong disqualification case.

Ayon kay Sen. Serge Osmeña, kung pagbabasehan ang desisyon ng tatlong mahistrado sa Senate Electoral Tribunal, malinaw ang legalistic minds ng mga mahistrado na hindi natural born Filipino citizen si Poe dahil sa pagiging foundling nito.

Sinabi pa ni Osmeña na mindset ito ng mga justices.

Payo ni Osmeña kay Poe, 8 months ago, dapat nagsagawa ng candidate research at opposition research ang senadora.

Ibig sabihin, dapat na sinuri muna ni Poe ang kanyang sariling background maging ang background ng mga kalaban dahil tiyak na hahalungkatin ito sa panahon ng kampanya.

Dapat din aniyang ipagpatuloy ni Poe ang paghahanap ng umano’y mga kamag anak o direct blood relative sa Iloilo.

Naniniwala naman si Duterte na hindi ito ang tamang panahon para umurong pa sa pampanguluhang halalan si Poe.

Hindi naman aniya nababawasan ang kanyang mga botante dahil lamang sa kinakaharap nitong disqualification case.
