Singilin ng Manila Water at Maynilad bababa ng Enero ng 2016
Inaasahang bababa ang bayad sa tubig ng mga customers ng Manila Water at Maynilad sa January 2016.
Ayon sa MWSS, simula sa Enero ay may tapyas na 26 centavos per cubic meter ang singil ng Manila a Water habang sa Maynilad ay 19 centavos per cubic meter ang rollback.
Sinabi ng Manila Water na ang bawas sa water rate ay dahil sa rate reduction alinsunod sa utos ng appeals panel.
Pinagbatayan din ang inflation at foreign currency differential adjustment o fcda.
Sa customer ng Manila Water na may konsumong 20 cubic meters per month ay 3 pesos and 6 centavos ang bawas habang sa may konsumong 30 cubic meters ay 6 pesos and 37 centavos.
Nasa 2 pesos and 43 centavos at 5 pesos and 4 centavos naman ang tapyas sa singil sa maynilad customers na may konsumong 20 at 30 cubic meters per month.
Ang bawas sa singil ng Maynilad ay bunsod ng downward movement ng fcda sa kabila ng 27 centavos per cubic meter average basic rate adjustment sanhi ng 80 percent increase sa consumer price index ngayong taon.
