“The PNP high command mourns the passing of Police Colonel Nelson Aganon who succumbed to serious injuries suffered during training,” ani Banac.

“Although we were advised about the severity of the damage he has suffered as a result of the motorcycle incident he endured, we were still hopeful that he would soon recover. But the news of his passing has dashed those hopes,” pahayag ni Moreno sa kanyang Facebook post.
