Wagi bilang best actress sa katatapos lamang na 35th Philippine Movie Press Club (PMPC) Star Awards for Movies sina Sarah Geronimo at Kathryn Bernardo.
Naganap ang awarding ceremony sa Newport Performing Arts Theater sa Resorts World Manila Linggo ng gabi.
Nakuha ng dalawa ang parangal dahil sa mahusay na pagganap sa mga pelikulang ‘Miss Granny’ at ‘The Hows of Us’.
Kapwa tumabo sa takilya ang dalawang pelikula at nagbigay din ng best actress nominations kina Geronimo at Bernado.
Samantala, itinanghal namang best actor si Ogie Alcasid para sa kanyang pagganap sa pelikulang ‘Kuya Wes’.
Best supporting actress naman si Cherie Gil para sa ‘Citizen Jake’ at best supporting actor si Arjo Atayde para sa ‘Buybust’.
Movie of the Year naman ang 2018 Metro Manila Film Festival entry na Rainbow’s Sunset.
