Nagsalita na si Senator-elect Francis Tolentino sa isyu ng umanoy pagpapalit ng pamunuan sa Senado.
Ayon kay Tolentino, susunod siya sa anumang magiging desisyon ng kanyang Partido na PDP-Laban.
“I just arrived today from Jerusalem, Israel. I will abide by the decision of my party — PDP Laban/Hugpong. And I have my highest respect for Senator Sotto,” he added, referring to Senate President Vicente “Tito” Sotto III,” ani Tolentino.
Pahayag ito ni Tolentino kasunod ng sinabi ni Senator Panfilo Lacson na hinihimok umano nito si Senator Cynthia Villar na kalabanin si Senate President Tito Sotto.
Ipinauubaya ni Tolentino ang desisyon sa Senate leadership sa presidente ng kanyang partido na si Senator Koko Pimentel.
