Si Paolo Ballesteros ang nasa likod ng national costume ng isa sa mga kandidata sa Binibining Pilipinas 2019 pageant.

Si Paolo ang nagdisensyo ng suman inspired gown na suot ni Honey Grace Cartasano na pambato ng Rizal.

Sinusportahan ni Ballesteros si Cartasano dahil gaya niya, ito ay taga-Antipolo din.

Ayon kay Ballesteros, naisip niyang gawin ang suman-inspired gown dahil ang Antipolo ay popular sa suman.
