Duterte dumating na sa Japan para sa 4-day working visit

Nasa Japan na si Pangulong Rodrigo Duterte para dumalo sa international business forum at makipag-pulong kay Japanese Prime Minister Shinzo Abe.

Lumapag ang eroplanong sinakyan ng Pangulo sa Haneda International Airport alas 9:52 Martes ng gabi oras sa Japan o alas 8:52 ng gabi dito sa Pilipinas.

Ito na ang ikatlong pagbisita ni Duterte sa Japan bilang Presidente ng Pilipinas.

Ang Pangulo ay sinalubong nina Philippine Ambassador to Japan Jose Laurel V at Deputy Chief of Mission Eduardo Meñez gayundin sina Japanese Foreign Minister Toshiko Abe at Japanese Ambassador to the Philippines Koji Haneda.

Bahagi ng apat na araw na working visit ni Duterte sa Japan ang kanyang partisipasyon bilang keynote speaker sa 25th International Conference on the Future of Asia ng Nikkei mula May 30 hanggang 31.

Nakatakdang magkaroon ng bilateral meeting ang Pangulo kay Abe at makasama ang mga miyembro ng Filipino community.

Ayon sa datos ng Department of Foreign Affairs (DFA), nasa 285,000 na mga Pilipino ang nagtatrabaho sa Japan.
