Natimbog ng mga tauhan ng Makati City Police ang isang tricyle driver matapos ihain ang warrant of arrest sa nasabing suspek.
Sa bisa ng warrant of arrest na inilabas ni executive judge Elmo Alameda ng Makati Regional Trial Court Branch 150 ay naaresto ang suspek na si Joel Quiazon, 47-anyos at residente ng Brgy. Poblacion, Makati City.
Nakuha ng mga otoridad sa suspek ang isang Cal. 38 revolver na may laman na limang bala, limang pirasong selyadong transparent plastic sachet na hinihinalang shabu, isang pirasong plastic water pipe, apat na pirasong lighters, apat na perasong aluminum foil at isang pirasong pouch.
Si Quiazon ang sinasabing nagbebenta ng droga sa kanyang mga kapwa tricycle driver.
Nahaharap ang naarestong suspek sa paglabag sa Republic Act 10591 o Comprehensive Law on Firearms and Ammunition at Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002 o Republic Act 9165.
