Ex-BSP Governor Espenilla, SolGen Calida, CJ Bersamin kasama sa 10 highest paid gov’t officials

Nanguna ang yumao at dating gobernador ng Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas na si Nestor Espenilla sa 10 highest paid government officials ng taong 2018.

Sa kalalabas lamang na Report on Salaries and Allowances (ROSA) ng Commission on Audit (COA), si Espenilla ay ang opisyal ng gobyerno na may pinakamalaking sahod noong 2018 na umabot sa P21.048 million.

Pang-anim naman sa listahan si Solicitor General Jose Calida na sumahod ng P12.47 million, mas mataas sa P10.917 million na natanggap nito noong 2017.

Pang-siyam naman si Chief Justice Lucas Bersamin na nakatanggap ng P10.919 million.

Kumumpleto sa Top 10 ay ang iba pang opisyal ng BSP, Development Bank of the Philippines (DBP) at Government Service Insurance System (GSIS)

Kabilang sa ROSA ay principal officers and board members ng Government-Owned and Controlled Corporations (GOCCs) at national government agencies.
