Tutok ang Parish Pastoral Council for Responsible Voting (PPCRV) sa pagbabantay ng mga boto para sa nagdaang 2019 midterm elections.

Malaki ang responsibilidad ng mga boluntaryong nakikiisa sa pagbibilang ng mga boto para matiyak ang malinis na pagkakahalal ng mga bagong opisyal ng bansa.
