Sex and pornographic paraphernalia nakumpiska ng Customs sa Port of Cebu
Naharang ng Bureau of Customs (BOC) sa Port of Cebu ang shipment na naglalaman ng sex toys at iba pang sex paraphernalia.
Sa pahayag ng BOC araw ng Lunes (May 20) dumating ang shipment sa Port of Mactan noong March 16 dala ng isang pasaherong nakilala sa pangalang Coleman Timothy Phillip.
Undeclared umano ang laman ng shipment kung saan bumulaga ang iba’t ibang gamit sa pakikipagtalik tulad ng Viagra, vibrator, dildo, lubricants at body stockings.
Nagpalabas ng Warrant of Seizure and Detention (WSD) dahil ang naturang undeclared items ay paglabag sa mga probisyon ng Customs Modernization and Tariff Act.
Ang sex items ay kasalukuyang nasa Customs Enforcement and Security Service (ESS) at hinihintay na lamang ang proper disposal.
