Proklamasyon ng mga nanalong senador at partylist group hindi tuloy bukas
Hindi matutuloy ang nakatakdang proklamasyon ng mga nanalong senador at partylist representatives bukas ayon sa Commission on Elections (Comelec).
Ito ay taliwas sa nauna nilang pahayag na tuloy na ang proklamasyon bukas.
Sinabi ni Comelec Director Frances Arabe na mayroon pang labing tatlong mga certificate of canvass (COCs) ang naka-pending ang transmission sa National Board of Canvassers sa PICC.
Kabilang dito ang mga sumusunod na lugar:

Isabela
Zamboanga del Norte
Zamboanga del Sur
Washington DC
Japan
Saudi Arabia
Kuwait
Oslo
Abuja
Nairobi
Tehran
Persons Deprived of Liberty (PDL)
Sinabi ni Arabe na nabalam ang transmission ng mga COCs sa nasabing mga lugar dahil sa depaktibong SD cards at iba pang mga isyu.
“The COCs are going to be manually delivered here from certain areas. That is why they must fly here, ‘yung mga abroad,” ayon pa sa opisyal.
Nauna ditto ay sinabi ni Comelec Spokesman James Jimenez na pinaghanda na nila para sana sa nakatakdang proklamasyon bukas ang ilan sa mga nangungunang senatorial candidates at partylist representatives.
