LPA sa labas ng PAR isa nang bagyo ayon sa PAGASA
Isa nang tropical depression ang low pressure area (LPA) na nasa labas pa ng Philippine Area of Responsibility (PAR).
Alas 10:00 ng umaga kanina, huling namataan ang bagyo sa 1,440 kilometers east ng Hinatuan, Surigao del Sur.
Taglay ng bagyo ang lakas ng hanging aabot sa 55 kilometers kada oras at kumikilos ito sa direksyong west northwest sa bilis na 20 kilometers kada oras.
Una nang sinabi ng PAGASA na posibleng mamayang gabi o bukas ng umaga ay papasok na sa PAR ang nasabing bagyo at tatawagin itong Nonoy.
