Dalawang araw matapos ang eleksyon, higit 2,000 boto na ang lamang ni incumbent Dapitan City Mayor Rosalina ‘Nene’ Jalosjos sa kanyang pinakamalapit na kalaban na si Belen Uy.

Bagamat halos 50 porsiyento pa ng kabuuang boto ang bibilangin, nagpasalamat na si Jalosjos sa kanyang mga taga suporta at hindi nito napigilan na maiyak.
