Umabot sa 57.6 degrees Celsius ang naitalang heat index sa Aparri, Cagayan alas 2:00 Martes ng hapon.
Ayon sa Pagasa, sa ngayon ay ito ang pinakamataas na heat index na naitala para sa taong 2019.
Ang heat index ang nararamdaman na init ng katawan na mas mataas sa aktuwal na temperatura.
