Ayo kay Police Brigadier General Gilberto Cruz sa 56 na nadakip, 26 ay mula sa Butuan City, 20 naman ang galing sa Surigao del Sur, 6 mula sa Agusan del Sur, 3 sa Dinagat, at 1 sa Agusan del Norte.
Sinabi ni Cruz na mahigpit na ipinatupad ang 48-oras na liquor ban sa rehiyon na nag-umpisa alas 12:01 ng madaling araw noong May 12, at nagtapos alas 11:59 ng gabi ng Lunes, May 13.
Mayroon aniyang mga establisyimento sa rehiyon ang nag-apply para sa liquor ban exemption at ito ay ang mga itinuturing lang na tourist areas na pinupuntahan ng mga dayuhan.
