Comelec: Walang transmission problem sa transparency server

Nilinaw ng Commission on Elections (Comelec) na walang problema sa transmission sa pag-relay ng mga resulta mula sa transparency server sa mga media outlets.

Ayon kay Comelec Spokesperson James Jimenez, ang problema ay sa application na nagdadala sa datos mula sa transparency server papunta sa iba’t ibang media outlets.

“It is not a transmission problem. It’s a problem with the application that pushes the data from the transparency server to the different media outlets,” pahayag ni Jimenez pagpunta nito sa PPCRV headquarters.

Dagdag ni Jimenez, hindi madaling solusyunan ang problema.

“Medyo malalim ‘yung issue, medyo malalim ‘yung problema kaya hindi siya madaling i-solve,” dagdag nito.

Ang proseso anya ay nangangailangan ng pag-apruba ng Comelec en banc.

Nagpadala anya ang transparency server ng memo sa mga commissioners na hinihiniling ang kanilang pag-apruba para mabuksan ang error logs.

Ang aberya sa system ay nagpahinto sa unofficial count ng media organizations at watchdog groups para sa natapos na eleksyon.

Umaasa si Jimenez na mareresolba ang isyu ngayong Martes ng umaga.

Iginiit ng opisyal na walang indikasyon na may external entity na nakaapekto sa transparency server.
