Pagpalya ng VRV machines naitala sa dalawang presinto sa Jolo, Sulu
Nauwi sa mano-mano ang pagsisimula ng botohan sa bayan ng Jolo sa lalawigan ng Sulu nang pumalya ang voters registration verification machines (VRVM).
Ayon sa ulat hindi gumana ang makina na nasa dalawang presinto sa naturang bayan.
Todo higpit naman ang seguridad ng mga tauhan ng Philippine National Police (PNP) at Armed Forces of the Philippines (AFP) sa polling precincts partikular sa Mohammad Tulawie Central School.
Kinailangan din na magpakita ng identification cards ng mga boboto bago papasukin sa presinto.
