Kagawad, 2 iba pa arestado sa paglabag sa gun ban sa Batangas
Isang konsehal ng barangay at dalawang iba pa ang dinakip sa Padre Garcia sa Batangas.
Ayon kay Capt. John Conrad Vilanueva, Padre Garcia police chief, ang mga suspek ay kinilalang sina Gerardo Brucal, 54 anyos kagawad sa Brgy. Castillo at sina Franco Ramil Robles, 43; at Arnel Gonzales, 41.
Si Brucal ay dinakip matapos mahulihan ng caliber .45 pistol, dalawang magazines at 15 mga bala.
Bagaman mayroong Permit to Carry Firearms Outside of Residence Card at Certificate of Firearm Registration ay bigo si Brucal na magpakita ng Certificate of Commission on Elections Exemption para sa kaniyang armas.
Si Gonzales naman ay nakuhanan ng caliber 9 mm pistol, dalawang magazines at 14 na mga bala.
Habang si Robles ay nakuhanan ng caliber 9 mm pistol, isang magazine at 16 na mga bala.
