Ilang araw bago ang eleksyon, sa Zamboanga del Norte ay nagsimula na ang vote buying ayon sa Hugpong ng Pagbabago.

Sa dalawang lungsod at tatlong bayan naganap ang pagbili ng mga boto at mismong mga residente na ang nagsumbong.
