Naghain ng motion to inhibit ang mga magulang na biktima ng dengvaxia kontra kay OIC Prosecutor General Richard Anthony Fadullon sa Department of Justice ito ay dahil sa pag-dismiss sa kaso laban kina Health Secretary Francisco Duque at dating DOH secretary Jannette Garin.
Sa kabila nito, tiniyak ng public attorneys office na hindi pababayaan ang nasabing kaso.
