Mistulang tinalikuran ng pag asenso ang ilang bayan sa Zamboanga del Norte.

Ang mga bayan ng Sirawai at Siocon ang binisita nina Bullet Jalosjos at Britz Hamoy, mga kandidato ng Hugpong ng Pagbabago sa Zamboanga del Norte.

Sagana ang dalawang bayan ng mga yamang-dagat at lupa ngunit iilan lang ang nakikinabang at hindi ang mamamayan.
