HDO laban kay dating P/Supt. Dumlao pinaaamyendahan ng DOJ

Hiniling ng Department of Justice (DOJ) prosecutors sa Angeles City Regional Trial Court (RTC) branch 56 na amyendahan ang pinalabas nitong hold departure order (HDO) laban kay dating Police Supt. Rafael Dumlao III na sinasabing mastermind sa pagdukot at pagpatay kay Korean businessman Jee Ick-Joo.

Sa unang mosyon kasi ng DOJ, nakalagay na ang NAIA-Immigration lamang ang sakop ng HDO.

Sa kanilang urgent ex-parte motion to amend, hiniling ng DOJ prosecutors na masakop ang HDO ang lahat ng international seaports sa bansa.

Layon nito na matiyak na hindi makakalabas ng bansa si Dumlao.

Una nang pinayagan ng korte si Dumlao na makapagpiyansa ng P300,000 sa bawat kasong kinakaharap nito.

Partikular ang kasong kidnapping for ransom, kidnapping with serious illegal detention at carnapping kaugnay ng pagdukot at pagpatay kay Jee Ick Joo noong October 2016.
