Dahil sa malakas na buhos ng ulan bunsod ng thunderstorm, maraming lugar sa Metro Manila ang binaha Miyerkules ng gabi.
Sa monitoring ng Metropolitan Manila Development Authority (MMDA) binaha ang sumusunod na mga lugar:
Edsa Ortigas Service Road traffic situation: southbound, moderately moving
-Edsa Shaw Boulevard Tunnel, northbound section, gutter deep, one lane affected
-Edsa Aurora Boulevard, northbound section, gutter deep, one lane affected
-Quezon Avenue Biak na Bato, eastbound and westbound sections, gutter deep, all lanes occupied
-Taft Avenue, Manila, northbound and southbound, gutter deep
Ayon sa MMDA, ang gutter-deep na baha ay mula walo hanggang sampung inches ng baha kung saan pwede pa namang makadaan ang lahat ng uri ng sasakyan.
Dahil sa baha ay ilang commuters ang stranded sa mga lansangan.
Alas 7:03 ng gabi ng maglabas ng thunderstorm advisory ang Pagasa sa Metro Manila at kalapit na mga lalawigan na tumagal ng 2 oras.
