Ipinagkaloob ang allowance at boarding house sa mga scholar sa Leyte.
Dahil dito, makatutulong ito sa ilang estudyante para maaabot ang kanilang pangarap sa tulong ng libreng edukasyon na handog ni Miga Malot Galenzoga-Baligod, tumatakbong kongresista sa ika-limang distrito ng Leyte.
