P50 cancellation charge hindi muna ipatutupad ng Grab

Inihayag ng ride-hailing company na Grab na hindi muna nila ipatutupad ang P50 cancellation fee para sa kanilang mga customers.

Sinabi ng Grab na hinihintay pa nila ang guidelines na magmumula sa Land Transportation Franchising and Regulatory Board (LTFRB).

Nauna nang sinabi sa publiko ng Grab na ipatutupad nila ang multa para sa mga customers na magkakansela ng booking limang minuto makaraan itong mabigyan ng confirmation notice at para rin sa mga hindi magpapakita sa kanilang driver-partners sa loob ng limang minuto.

“Grab and the other TNCs (transportation network companies) agreed to maintain the status quo as requested by the Board, until appropriate guidelines are issued by the LTFRB with the assistance of the TWG,” ayon kay Nicka Hosaka, Grab public affairs manager.

Sinabi ni Hosaka na nagdesisyon silang huwag ituloy ang pagpapataw ng multa makaraan ang kanilang pakikipag-usap sa mga kinatawan ng TWG at LTFRB.

Ang TWG ay binubuo ng mga kinatawan mula sa iba pang TNCs at LTFRB.
