Nakiisa ang 91 barangays sa Ilagan, Isabela sa Barangay Night kasabay ng pista ng mais sa lungsod.

Mahigit 800 katao ang sumaksi sa parangal sa mga natatanging barangay.

Ayon kay vice gubernatorial candidate Faustino “Bojie” Dy, ito ay bilang pagkilala sa kagitingan at sakripisyo pagdating sa public service.
