Ayon sa Bureau of Fire Protection sa Quezon City, itinaas sa ikalawang alarma ang sunog bandang 12:46 ng hapon.
Makalipas ang halos isang oras, idineklara nang kontrolado ang sunog bandang 1:20 ng hapon.
Sinabi naman ng Philippine Red Cross na nagpadala sila ng ambulansya para rumesponde sa mga apektadong residente.
