3 percent inflation rate naitala para sa buwan ng Abril; pinakamabagal mula noong Jan. 2018

Bumagal pa ang inflation o ang pagtaas ng halaga ng mga bilihin at serbisyo para sa buwan ng Abril.

Ayon sa Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA), 3 percent ang naitalang inflation noong Abril, mas mababa pa sa 3.3 percent noong Marso.

Ito na rin ang pinakamababa na naitala mula noong January 2018.

Major contributors para sa April inflation ay ang food and alcoholic beverages.

Ang 3 percent inflation para sa buwan ng Abril ay pasok sa target ng Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas na 2.7 hanggang 3.7 percent.
