2,816 na balota sa local absentee voting, natanggap na ng Comelec

Umabot na sa kabuuang 2,816 na balota ang natanggap ng Commission on Elections (Comelec) para sa local absentee voting.

Sa datos ng Comelec, karamihan sa mga balota ay mula sa Philippine National Police (PNP) na may 1,364.

Maliban dito, 468 na balota ang naipadala ng Philippine Air Force habang 463 naman mula sa Philippine Army.

Nasa 132 naman sa mga miyembro ng media, 130 sa mga empleyado ng Comelec at 59 sa mga empleyado ng Department of Education (DepEd) at Bureau of Jail Management and Penology (BJMP).

Nagsimula ang local absentee voting noong April 29 at natapos noong May 1.
