NGCP: Yellow alert status lifted na sa Luzon grid
Inialis na ng National Grid Corporation of the Philippines (NGCP) ang yellow alert status sa Luzon Grid.
Sa abiso sa kanilang Twitter account, sinabi ng NGCP na inalis na ang yellow alert kaninang 2:30 nghapon dahil sa low system demand.
Kaninang umaga, unang itinaas ang yellow alert simula ala una ng hapon ngunit hindi naman umabot sa itinakda hanggang alas kwatro ng hapon.
Ayon sa Department of Energy (DOE), ang yellow warning alert ay kadalasang itinataas kapag manipis ang reserba ng kuryente.
Hindi naman anila nagdulot ng power outages ang yellow alert sa mga lugar sa Luzon.
Gayunman ay patuloy pa rin ang pakiusap ng NGCP sa publiko na magtipid sa paggamit sa kuryente.
