Kauna-unahang Pinoy-made hybrid electric train babiyahe na mula ngayong araw

Simula ngayong araw (May 6) ay simula na ang commercial operations ng kauna-unahang Filipino-made hybrid electric train (HET).

Ang nasabing tren ay dinesenyo at ginawa mismo ng Department of Science and Technology (DOST) engineers at local fabricators.

Ang Alabang-Biñan route ang magiging biyahe ng tren mula ngayong Lunes at libre ang pagsakay dito sa unang 19 na araw.

Kaya ng hybrid train na magsakay ng 880 pasahero.

Tiniyak ng DOST na komportable ang pagsakay sa tren dahil sa malamig nitong airconditioning units.

Mayroon ding CCTV system, LED TV sets at automatic sliding doors ang tren.
