Comelec umaasa sa 80% na voter turnout sa midterm elections
Ayon kay Comelec spokesman James Jimenez, posibleng umabot sa 80 hanggang 81 percent ang voter turnout sa nalalapit na eleksyon.
Ito ay base aniya sa inabot na 81 percent voter turnout noong 2016 presidential elections.
Maliban dito, makikita rin aniyang interesado ang maraming Pilipino base sa mga pahayag o saloobin ng mga netizen sa social media.
Samantala, inanunsiyo rin ng Comelec ang kanilang voter education partnership campaign katuwang ang ride-hailing service na Grab.
Sa mismong araw ng eleksyon sa May 13, may alok ang Grab na diskwento sa mga botante na gagamit ng GrabShare papunta sa kanilang polling precincts.
